Our company provided professional complimentary independent concierge services upon request to any hotel and resort in Broward County. Our tourist information service is a program called the GUEST INFORMATION GUIDE. This program is available free to 48 Hotels and Resorts in Broward County. The GUEST INFORMATION GUIDE presently has several hundred advertisers and is the considered the #1 tourist information program in South Florida.

1990 The SPRING BREAK CAMPAIGN was born. In 1989 the City of Fort Lauderdale "Kicked The Spring Breakers Out of Town" and I initiated a marketing and promotional program to bring the college and university students back to Fort Lauderdale for Spring Break. In 2002, the Spring Break campaign brought over 80,000 students back to Fort Lauderdale representing over 250 million dollars into the local economy in a 10 week period. Over 100,000 students came to Fort Lauderdale for the 2003 Spring Break season. And the number gets larger each year!
